Refund policy

If you are not happy with your order notify me within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to correct the situation. I am happy to issue a refund or exchange any product that is faulty.

Faulty Items can only be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers who wait more than 14 days to notify us of faulty items, should contact the manufacturer directly. Where possible, please keep product in original packaging.
You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns and replacements.
Damaged parcels should be reported to shipping provider who will provide a claim form upon request. Refunds will NOT be given for a ‘Change of Mind’.
