Shipping and Returns


Payments can be made by credit card and direct deposit through Paypal. 

We also accept Direct Deposit into my bank account & money orders.

A Minimum order of $10 applies to all orders excluding postage.

Direct deposit - Goods will be shipped once the funds are received in our bank account. If funds are not received within 5 working days of order placement, stock will no longer be held for your order and your order may be subject to cancellation.

Orders are processed in order of receipt. We pack orders daily to ensure fast turnover of orders.

Postage Rates

We charge a flat rate of $8.95 ncluding GST for most Australian orders. Orders which include oversized or heavier items such as albums, trimmers or punches will attract a higher freight charge. We will confirm this price via email before sending the order. We can also offer registered post for an extra $2.50 and delivery by fastway couriers. Prices for the courier service will be given at the time of checkout, so please indicate this in your comments.


Please allow 5-14 days for delivery within Australia by Australia Post. We will not be held responsible for Australia Post delays or for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged if they are not registered/insured. Please indicate at checkout if you require registered/express post and a further charge of $2.50 will be added.

Pick Up

If you are located in the Newcastle area you may wish to pick up your order. Please put PICK UP in the comments section of the order. If you choose this method you can either pay by credit card via Paypal or cash when you pick it up. We will have your order packed and ready to go.......saving you time and postage!

Out of Stock / Backorders

We make all attempts to ensure our website contains up to date information on currently stocked items. In the event that an item is out of stock at the time of processing your order, it will be deleted from your order and we will notify you. If we expect the out of stock item to arrive into our store within 72 hours, we will notify you via email. If the required item is not expected within this time, you can either choose another product to that value or receive a refund. You will need to re-order the item as stock is replenished, as we do not keep back orders on file.

Returns and Guarantee

We request that you notify us of any incorrect orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will either replace the items or issue a refund if advised within the claim period above. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns.

Screen Display

Due to the scanning process and your screen resolution, colours of products may vary from colours on the site. This site is best viewed at a minimum screen resolution of 800x600, using at least 16 bit colour.


Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. The prices listed on the website supersede any previously published prices. Postage and handling costs are additional to listed prices. All prices are subject to change in accordance with current foreign exchange rates and other commercial factors.
