Challenge Two - July CC

Create a layout using stars and traditional Christmas colours. You must use a handcut title. This doesn't have to be a Christmas layout

Here is my sample page
** Page removed for publication**

I used Word Art in Word to create my title. Use the font/size of your choice. Use the 'rotate tool' to reverse your title. Pop your cardstock in your printer wrong side up. Print your title. I cut my title out using a craft knife. If you pop a piece of glass or a glass tile under your title as you cut, you get a much nicer finish.

Winner will receive $10 Diva voucher. Please refer to rules and details in the forum.

what a fab challenge Mel - how early are you today? :D Handcut titles I haven't done in aggggess! If you have trouble using word etc, see if your printer gives you the option to print on 'transfer paper', this should then print your images back to front ;)

Great challenge, can't wait to scrap last year's Christmas photos before this year's creep up on me.

Thanks for the tips about hand cutting title's too. I've been wanting to do this for ages on quite a few layouts and it's been so long I couldn't remember how to use Word Art to do it. Thanks for your tip too Rach, I'll have to have a look at my printer.

Mel, your layout is gorgeous. Thanks so much for the hints on printing the title also, since I'm a t=echnoklutz I need all the help I can get!
A very stimulating challenge; so Christmas colours, stars and hand cut title it is. I'm off to give this a go.

I don't have word on the new computer. Where abouts would I look to see if my printer can reverse a title? I so want to be able to do this again like I used to.

My printer doesn't allow me to do this. Go to print and look at the printer properties, where it asks you for paper type. Have a little look there.

What program do you have on your new computer?
