Sorry Amanda, that my washing machine woes have passed on to you!!!! Hopefully, one of us might win lotto this week - that would be better luck to have in common :D
And NO, mine is still not fixed cause the technician couldn't be bothered showing up to work. After my Dh ringing the repair company late Fri arvo, I got a return call to say they would definitely be sending someone else on Monday. I think I might just FORGET to pay the bill & see how quick they are to react then.
And of course it's perfect washing weather cause it's windy but I'm being lazy & still in my jammies - do have some clothes soaking in the bath though :D

I have actually managed some challenges too - am nearly finished Amanda's shabby chic Christmas LO & am still thinking about the white LO.

I have been a total slacker this week when it comes to scrapping. I still haven't finished my mini pizza boxes :o  I just seem to keep getting interrupted whenever I sit down to scrap.

Well, today has been lovely. A wonderful, relaxing family day out. Lunch was delicious at the pub and I'm still soooooo full. Wont be needing dinner. Kids played beautifully, then we had coffee in the park while the kids played even more. Even managed to get some family photos.

I dont feel like doing anything now  even though there's washing to fold, dishwasher to unpack ... sigh

How did your crop day go Michelle?

Hope everyone has had a lovely weekend (and got more scrapping done than this little black duck).

Hi girls,

I have been totally flat out for the last two days - not all work, which has been nice.

I will catch up with everything tomorrow. I have to get dinner underway now :)

Thanks ladies for a wonderful CC. I really enjoyed it.
I havn't uploaded any layouts yet but hopefully later when the sun is up further.
I don't think I'll get any more time today as I have a busy one and friends over for dinner and a bonfire tonight.
I really wanted to do "just one more challenge" - the shabby chic one and have the photo printer but it would just be too ambitious to think that was going to get done today.
So thanks for the challenges. I loved it.

I really enjoyed being part of this cybercrop; loved the challenges. They were so motivating!
It was so exciting to see everyone's enthusiasm for the challenges too. I'm glad you jumped in a had ago even though at times it was out of your comfort zone. The white challemge was the one that pushed me the most!

Thanks to the very generous Michelle and the Divas for having me on board as guest DT. I've really enjoyed it; been scrapping more and using products in different ways which has been a great learning experience. It's exciting and fun! Thanks girls for giving me this opportunity; I've really benefitted from being a part of the team.

yeah, I found the white one the hardest too. although i didn't manage to do the colouring in one, or the boxes. I am going to do a box, as it's the perfect wrapper for my sisters present. she's not visiting till august tho, so heaps of time!

The blind challenge was fun (I was going to get a photo of me scrapping with my eyes shut, but forgot!). I'll chuck mine up today sometime.

I've just finished my latest article, so should be able to scrap for most of the day today!! Sweet - might get caught up before our holiday (3 days to go).

Cricket is going to be exciting tonight. We have to get 209 to win, and have 5 wickets in hand. From where we were, it's been a mamoth effort. Let's hope some true Aussie grit gets us there.

Hows this for a conclusion to my latest article:
"Of course, given the Australian track record to date, it is more than likely that we’ll thrash them if they do arrive; and continue to thrash them on their home soil as well. Perhaps the English trainers should just buy Australian bred horses in order to be competitive."
2010 - a year of exciting changes!

Well if that's not true aussie spirit ... ;)

Who/what do you write all your horse racing articles for Ren?

Kerry, we're so glad to hear you've enjoyed the CC. Look forward to checking out your work.

I actually scrapped last night (instead of going to bed :?) so I'll upload soon.

Today I got up and went for a walk. After breaky I went to take the load of washing out of the machine that I put on last night ... and discovered a NAPPY :o had gone through the load so everything was COVERED in those water crystal/gel thingies    which are all over the clothes, and still clogging up my machine

UUUGGGHHH ... hey, have you girls with the dodgy washing machines of late jinxed me :?

DS has obviously whipped off his pull-up with his PJ's and thrown the lot in and of course I didn't notice it caught up when I put the clothes in the machine

Anyway, after discovering that mess, I took DD into town to do a few hours of beading - a school holiday activity run for kids - which she enjoyed. DS and I had a coffee and wandered around town. The kids are outside in the sandpit now - it's just glorious out there. But I had vacuuming to do

Yuck about the messy nappy in your washing H :x

I can't believe I actually finished all 5 challenges AND my white one (which I was scared about!) came together the quickest!!!!

Thanks for the challenges DT girls - they were fun & filled in some hours when I was battling to get anything else done :D
